Questions

Who can join?

Anyone can join for free. You don’t need to be a JH Duo client: you only need an email address and a way to receive the payment.

When do I get paid?

After the business you referred has paid its project in full (deposit and final balance). A deposit alone doesn’t qualify. We email you when your reward is on its way.

How is the payment sent?

In cash, to the payout method you choose: PayPal, Zelle, Wise or bank transfer. Fees charged by the payout provider, and any taxes on your rewards, are your responsibility.

How long does my link last?

90 days. When a business opens your link, your code stays attached to them for 90 days and can’t be swapped later (the first valid referral link wins). They can also type your code when they order.

Can I refer myself?

No. Self-referrals don’t count: you can’t refer yourself or your own business.

Program terms

  • Cash rewards per referred client: Basic $100, Business $200, Enterprise $300.
  • The reward is paid after the referred client has paid their project in full (deposit and final balance). A deposit alone doesn’t qualify. If a project is cancelled or refunded, no reward is due.
  • Your link must be used, or your code entered, before the client places their order or sends their request. We can’t add a code afterwards.
  • One referrer per client: the first valid referral link wins and stays attached for 90 days. A code can’t be swapped later.
  • Self-referrals don’t count: you can’t refer yourself or your own business.
  • We send your reward to the payout method you chose and email you when it’s on its way. Fees charged by the payout provider, and any taxes on your rewards, are your responsibility.
  • JH Duo may update or end the program at any time. Referrals whose clients have already paid in full will always be honored.
